Foto Instagram, il backstage degli ultimi giorni

Foto Instagram. Un weekend all’insegna della buona cucina quello appena trascorso. Ben tre cene consecutive a casa di amici che hanno messo alla prova tutti i miei buoni propositi di rimanere in forma senza eccedere con il cibo. Ma si sa, io non sono proprio fatta per le diete post vacanze, e anche se oggi mi sono limitata ad ingurgitare a pranzo un’insalata super sana, l’ho fatto solo perché nel mio stomaco non c’era spazio per nulla se non per qualche leggera foglia verde. E mentre già penso in quale ricetta cimentarmi nell’immediato futuro, vi lascio con le foto Instagram (e non) degli ultimi giorni. In alcune, Milano era ancora un ricordo lontano… Buona giornata a tutte voi!

A weekend dedicated to good food has just ended. Three consecutive dinners at friends’ home that have broken all my good promises to stay in shape without overdoing with food. But you know, I am not really made for the post-holiday diets, and even though today for lunch I simply ate a super healthy salad, I did it only because there was no space in my stomach for anything else except for some light green leaf. And while I’m thinking about the recipes I’m going to try in the next future, I show you my last Instagram photos (and not). In some of them, Milan was still a distant memory… Have a nice day!
