Magna pars suites

Yesterday I was invited to the presentation of the brand new 5 stars hotel Magna Pars Suites Milano, located in Via Forcella 6 in the Tortona area. There are many links between this new temple of the Italian hospitality and the world of fragrances. The structure, designed by architect Luciano Maria Colombo, who combines environmental sustainability with high technology, rises where once the perfume factory of the Martone family, the Marvin, was located. As well as the creation of a perfume requires measurement, talent and sensitivity, the architecture of the hotel was modulated according to a rigorous design. Wood, the most ancient and noble of the materials, combined with the strength of steel and the transparency of glass, meets the most modern technologies of home automation.
In the morning I visited 3 of the 28 suites of the hotel. What can I say? Simply amazing (one is even built on two floors!). The peculiarity is that each of these charming rooms is inspired by a an olfactory note, floral or woody, in line with the history of perfume. Each suite is then characterized by soft colors, elegant lighting and exclusively made in Italy furniture. They all overlook the beautiful internal garden.
The history of the ex perfume factory lives for the guests of the Magna Pars Suites Milano also in the Amenities. The bathroom in the rooms has been embellished with jars and
furnishings of the original Marvin factory, a mark of excellence in the Italian cosmetics of the 70s. As well as the packaging of the body care products reproduces in a contemporary way the one of the products of the past.
At the Magna Pars Suites Milano there are also a gym and a spa (for guests only!), the restaurant
Da noi in Via Forcella 6, run by chef Fulvio Siccardi, and the lounge bar Liquidambar (bar and restaurant are also open to the public). Definitely an ambitious project to which I wish all the best!

Ogni suite è poi caratterizzata da colori tenui, illuminazione raffinata e arredamento esclusivamente made in Italy. Tutte affacciano sullo splendido giardino interno.
