Mostra fotografica Milano

Mostra fotografica Milano.

Mostra fotografica Milano. Hands are the instruments of the body through which we give form to thoughts, hands as tools of an artist, able to convey the essence of a job and the temper of a man. Hands creating a meeting point between spirit and matter, shaping superb wonders that will meet the other senses: taste and smell firtly. We are talking, in fact, about the hands of Andrea Aprea, VUN executive chef, the restaurant of the Park Hyatt Milan. These hands are the protagonists of the exhibition Mani di Chef by the photographer Gaz Blanco hosted at the space Kitchen, in Via De Amicis 45 Milan. It’s a pleasure finding in these beautiful pictures in black and white, the intimate gestures of a man in the act of creating something that is not just a dish, but a multisensory experience. This reportage is a journey of discovery within the alchemical world of the gourmet cuisine. The interest of the photographer to the manual skill of the Chef Aprea and his staff talks about their passion in dealing with a job that gives people a lot more than simple food. A journey that also returns the sense of hard work, in which the lights of the public eye let people often forget what really happens in the kitchen: the artisan taste of research as the one of composition.
